Returns Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@rarebirdlit.com with your order # and let us know what the issue is. We will do what we can to fix or replace anything that's wrong in your order. If we are unable to fix or replace, we will issue a refund.
Shipping
Most of our books are available through stores and distributors worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia. For all other territories, we can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to particular international destinations outside of the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
